You earned those five stars one jobsite at a time. But reviews only work when they show up at the moment a stranger is deciding whether to call you. For most contractors, they do not.
Where reviews actually get read
Three places decide the call: the map pack, the first screen of your website, and the quote follow-up. If your reviews live anywhere else, they are furniture in a locked room.
Put them where the decision happens
- Wire your latest reviews into the top of your site, pulled in automatically, not pasted once.
- Answer every review, good and bad, so the profile looks alive.
- Send one review link by text after every finished job. Same day, no exceptions.
A review nobody sees is a job somebody else gets.
The crews winning your town are not better reviewed than you. They are better displayed. That is fixable in a week.
